Thank you so much for visiting my blog and showing an interest in my art and photography. It's so hard deciding what exactly to share about myself when I know every other day I would come up with something different, but here are some random thoughts I want you to know.
My life would look much different now had God not completely changed it around 10 years ago. If you want, we can grab some coffee or beer and I'll spill everything...promise.
I have a beautiful family that consists of my lovely wife and two adorable kids (Michelle, Madilyn + Lewis). Oh, and our 2 cats, Elle + JJ (I'm a dog guy, but this kinda thing happens when you get married).
Studying people and what they do really excites me. I don't care if its your profession, a wedding, some cool event or family time. If it's something you love to do or be a part of I want to know more about it and why you love it. But please, let me bring my camera and a notebook!
I went to the University of Minnesota and graduated with an Art Degree in 2004. Painting was my focus. I bought my first camera for a H.S. film class, but only recently started pursuing photography as a business in 2011. Currently, I split my time between painting and photography. I'm convinced I need both.
I am so thankful for where God has me right now. I have a great family, a little basement studio, some nice photography equipment and a passion for creating. If you get excited when you see my work and want to create something together or buy some art please contact me! I would love to meet you and get started.
